The Gents Place Invests in Your Success

The Gents Place is in the business of making men look and feel their confident best. It should come as no surprise, then, that our leadership team is devoted to preparing our franchise owners for well-earned success. When you join The Gents Place family, you receive strong support from the very beginning with five weeks of training—or refinery, as we call it—covering all aspects of the business. This inclusive training takes place in Dallas at our home offices and at your specific location prior to opening. Each week of training dives deep into topics including staffing, company culture, marketing, product and service knowledge, operations, opening and closing procedures, customer service and communication and much more.

Gentlemen, opportunity calls. Reach out to our franchise team today at (888) 463-2145 or fill our an online contact form for more information.

Support Every Step of the Way

After you’ve completed your five weeks of Refinery training, the support is far from over. The Gents Place family and corporate team are here for you for the life of the franchise with ongoing and continued support in all aspects of the business. Refinery begins at our corporate offices in Dallas where you will learn about our vision, values, and culture as a brand.
