    Ben Davis Founder & President

    Ben Davis is a serial entrepreneur with an impressive portfolio dominantly invested in the confidence and refinement of gentlemen everywhere. In 2008, out of frustration with his past experiences, Ben founded The Gents Place and cultivated men’s grooming into an enjoyable experience featuring world-class services in an upscale environment. Since attending the University of Texas at Austin Red McCombs School of Business and the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Ben has earned national recognition in Forbes, GQ, Men’s Health, and the Dallas Business Journal’s “40 Under 40 Awards” for his success in turning the underserved niche of men’s grooming into an expanding commodity. His guiding doctrine is a contagious philosophy that men who look their best do their best, and Ben has a steadfast devotion to helping men achieve this.

    Elevated Brands is the brand management and development company established by the principals of Massage Heights, a membership-based, therapeutic services franchise company with more than 150 locations. The company provides emerging lifestyle concept brands with the tools and strategic planning needed to grow through the franchising model. Through its leadership team’s deep franchise experience in the health and wellness space, along with the impressive internal infrastructure, Elevated Brands shares resources with The Gents Place to ultimately assist in the continued success of the brand.

    Lauren Davis Chief Culture Officer

    An integral part of The Gents Place team, Lauren Davis serves as Chief Culture Officer for the brand, ensuring that the values-driven culture is infused into every aspect of the business. Serving first, contributing with love, and working with passion are just a few of the foundational pieces that help make each location a positive experience for both Team Members and guests. In addition to her cultural role, Lauren is highly involved in the design process of each location, devoted to executing the world-class experience with every brand interaction.

  • Tim Hicks

    Tim Hicks SVP Franchise Operations & Development

    Tim Hicks joined The Gents Place executive team in late 2016 and is responsible for Franchise Development and Operations support for our growing system and its existing franchisees. Tim brings extensive experience in franchise operations and support to the team. He began his career with Blockbuster Inc. in 1985, where he spent 15 years in various operations, training, service, and executive roles, including VP of Human Resources, VP of Operations, and VP of Franchising. His responsibilities included overseeing, managing, and supporting 60,000 employees, 65 million members, and 1,200 franchise locations. Prior to The Gents Place, Tim was the Senior Vice President of Franchising and Global Operations at Gold’s Gym with the responsibility of growing and managing the worldwide franchising strategy, retail revenue, and customer service center. Tim is known for his ability to take on challenging roles and see them through with strategic leadership, energy, and commitment.

    Jeff Gloor Vice President of Operations

    Jeff Gloor joined The Gents Place team in June of 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of operations, training, and field franchise support. With nearly 30 years of experience in operations, retail lifecycle, field marketing, and strategic planning, Jeff has worked with a number of world-class franchise organizations including Gold’s Gym, Dunkin Brands and Blockbuster.
